Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities -
Ownership of the end-to-end ingestion and testing for long and short form content for Bajaj Finserv websites and Mobile Apps
Be able to verify content upload content test the website/app and publish content. Basic testing across desktop and mobile devices is expected
Collaboration with various Business teams to facilitate smooth sharing and flow of Text video images and metadata
Coordination with external vendors/content licensors for creation of video images and metadata where required
Working with tech and product teams to constantly refine and better operational workflows

Required Qualifications And Experience

Experience of 2-3 years in end-to-end Content operations of Websites and Apps
Prior experience of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) is an advantage
Ability to process and track large volumes of content across spreadsheets. Excel/Sheets proficiency is a must-have
A strong understanding of content management systems and workflows
Good understanding of Jira or Azure Boards for maintaining Content tickets
Self-confident self-starter – proactive in setting and meeting goals, with limited supervision
Stickler for deadlines; ability to chase multiple teams to ensure timely deliveries
Clear and contagious passion for product and consumer needs
High energy and positive attitude; can deal with ambiguity
Good verbal and written communication skills
